Swahlee Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please email us at info@swahlee.com and let us know what item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the appropriate return shipping information.

Unwashed, unaltered, unworn items may be returned for a refund within 14 of delivery. The item must be in the original condition in which it was received, with all labels and tags still attached.

Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be applied to your original form of payment. If a credit to your original form of payment is not possible, the refund will be issued in as a store credit. We will notify you by email once the returned item has been received and your refund has been processed.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in some items. We believe this adds to the unique quality and character of our products.
